Singer songwriter, Ethan Smith, has been living and breathing the musician lifestyle ever since he could talk. His father is a musician and entrepreneur which inspired Ethan to pursue music at a young age. He found the stage at 8 years old and continued developing his craft by posting covers on social media and started releasing more music. 

 

This opened doors for him to learn from David Porter, co-writer of “Soul Man” and “Thank You” by Sam and Dave, and was mentored by Brandon Lewis, David's protege. With the guidance and wisdom he acquired, Ethan wrote “Summer Feeling” and “Strangers Again” and released them on all streaming platforms. 

 

Ethan has had the honor to perform at some iconic venues in Memphis, TN such as, Alfred's Music Room, Lafayette's Music Room, Tin Roof on Beale Street, Huey's, The Delta Fair and many more. Ethan also plays with a band called the Ethan Smith Band and they play 50-60 shows a year.

 

Ethan also graduated from the University of Memphis with his music education degree and teaches in school and private lesson settings. Ethan is always working on new music to release to the world and will be releasing an EP within the months to come.
